I had a really disappointing experience at this resort. The promised amenities and service were nowhere near what we encountered. While the grounds had potential, the execution was lacking, which made my stay quite frustrating overall.

The resort is a tranquil haven that's perfect for relaxation, with spacious and well-decorated rooms. The staff are incredibly courteous, particularly Sheetal Sharma and Surya Prakash. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and access to the swimming pool is restricted to mornings only, which could be a downside for some. Overall, it’s a great choice for a leisure stay.
I had a great stay overall, with excellent service provided by Mr. Dinesh Sir, who was a fantastic manager. The location offered a lovely view from the balcony, and the food at the restaurant was tailored to our taste. However, the rooms could use improvements, particularly concerning heating arrangements. It's definitely a good spot for dining with friends and family, though some aspects of the stay didn't quite meet my expectations.
